Pongour Waterfall

The waterfall is located at a deserted area, 40km from Dalat and quite isolate with city and town. It is not like some others such as Camly Waterfall and Prenn Waterfall, etc… Pongour is tastefully done. Visitors go to Pongour Waterfall with the very peaceful road, fresh trees and landscaped gardens to the gaping valley below. There are two routes to the waterfall: a steep, long staircase or a gentle dirt path and some steps. It makes sense to take the latter down and the former up. Beyond the trees, that provide shade for the stalls, is a wide and exposed, rocky basin. This enormous chasm was once filled by the torrent of the Đa Nhim River.

What water there are gushes over a wall of rock, 100 meters wide and 40 meters high, and flows down across seven separate levels of terraced rock to the big placid pool at the bottom. On to the waterfall, tourists substitute from enjoyable feeling to charming feeling because it has a wonderful sight here. Here has primary forest surrounds, the streams of water faded in sunny in Tay Nguyen. The beauty of Pongour waterfall is not cool like Camly. The waterfall is still very pretty, but the reduced flow robs it of its grandeur and gravity. That is a graceful and fade in stories. The streams of water is clear and cool water.
